This year’s Wellness Month returned with a refreshing new theme: Digital Wellness – our commitment to supporting the holistic wellbeing of our people.
Across the month, we explored four thought-provoking topics designed to help us thrive in the digital age.
We kicked off with Wellness Day held across our offices, giving colleagues a chance to check in on their health and recharge through a variety of activities – including spinal posture assessments, vision screenings, neck and shoulder massage, DIY massage oil workshops, a smoothie station, and more.
Wellness extended beyond the office with activities for colleagues and their families, such as Pickleball Taster, Parenting Talks, and Walk for Nature (by WWF-Hong Kong), encouraging movement, learning, and time in nature.
To empower lasting change, we shared weekly tips and recommended mobile wellness apps, equipping colleagues with practical tools to take control of their digital lifestyles and build healthy boundaries with tech.
