People are the most valuable asset that drives Jebsen’s success. In its 125-year history, the Group has survived many difficult times by confronting challenges with great leadership and commitment from all our employees.
The Jebsen Group Long Service Award is designed to show appreciation and recognition to staff members for their loyalty and service to the Group. This year, there were almost 200 award recipients – including a total of 15 employees who have worked in the Group for 20, 25, 30 and 35 years.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to present the awards during the Group’s annual dinner, as in previous years. Nevertheless, we still hope to make this milestone memorable to everyone; before the end of August, the Managing Directors, General Managers or Managers of each respective Business Line have presented the awards to the recipients in person.
It is with great pride and admiration that we celebrate all our staff’s outstanding individual and collective contributions to the Group’s success – and together, we look forward to many more good years to come.
